Our approach

We have an extensive network of professional coaches. Coaches with life experience and professional coaching training.

Every person has unique issues in life. Both private and business. Depending on your personal story, we offer the matching coach.

One coach tends more towards the inner therapeutic side, the other coach focuses more on behavior and leadership. Together we look at what you are looking for, what your issue is, and what we can offer.

Together we plan an intake interview. Based on the intake, you get to know the intended coach. After the intake you decide whether you want to make use of our offer.

In consultation, the introduction can also be expanded with a meeting with a supervisor, manager or HR officer. This is if the organization would like to determine the objectives of the coaching together with you.
You will receive an invitation from us for an Odin Development Compass measurement. And invitations to some questionnaires. This measurement and wish lists ensure that together we gain quick and effective insight into your personal potential.

After the ODC measurement is available and the questionnaires have been processed, we start with the first meeting. The results of the measurement and the analysis of the questionnaires are also discussed. After each interview, you may be given a reflection assignment, a case assignment or a progress analysis.
